Finally I have got round to writing about this latest bit of tech from Babyliss which i tried out last month.  Its actually taken me this long to calm down about it and not for the right reasons either. Basically, my first advice is dont buy it as the advert isnt quite right.  In the video on their website, The guy has already cut his air (probably at a hair dressers), I dont even get a blonde lady with the shaver and she definately didnt appear and kiss my ear whilst running her fingers through my hair.

But seriously, I am going to do my usual of telling a story of what happened after my Boots purchase of this device.

I had just missed the Hair Dressers accross the street which charge me £10 for a no.1 hair cut.  So I thought that it would be a great idea to pop into Boots for this lovely device that i had seen advertised on TV.  So Sunday evening after unwrapping it and looking at the terrifying teeth that you have to place on your head, I thought I would test it out.  I followed the instructions carefully, making sure I had washed and dried my hair then continued with the Clipper. 

So after trying and trying to get it right, I was left with big clumps of hair all over my head.   I even spent another half hour trying to go over the hair without effect and my head realy is a normal shape. 

Then I had a brainwave, I got the box out and put the batteries in the accompanying Trimmer.  Saved I thought, thank goodness I can revert to a normal pair of clippers - but no. These were literally pulling the odd hair out of my head and it was bloody painful.  I have bought BaByliss trimmers before and these were useless in comparison... So finally I gave up, went to sleep with lumps of hair on my head and got straight down the Hairdressers in the morning with a hat on to finish the job.

On a more positive note...I returned the Clippers to Boots and they refunded in full 'Thank you Boots' and also informed me that 5 other people had done the same that week.
